My name is Erika Alo, and I live in Southern CA with my husband and four kids.  All I ever wanted was to be the greatest role model for my kids. To teach them to be kind and focus on what they want regardless of all the obstacles life throws their way. That they are not circumstances of life. That they are resilient and no one can take that from us.

As a wife and mom of 4 living in Southern California and surviving on a single income is nearly impossible. In fact, working a traditional 9-5 job has always been something I’ve seen my parents and family members do their whole life. To be honest I didn’t feel like there was much of an option but since discovering dōTERRA I have learned that it doesn’t have to be that way. Now I want to show my children a better way, a way with more options and freedom. In a world that seems to get harder by the year and where the financial standards keep getting raised, I find it necessary to secure a legacy for my family. I want to create a path that can ensure their financial freedom and give them the best chance at a healthy thriving life.

What’s also so special about this business is the fact that we can do it together. I love gathering around our dinner table as my kids and husband are helping me make roller bottles, assemble sample packets, printing materials, etc. Think about it, how many people can say they do a business with their toddler and husband all at the same time? It really is such a pure business! I like to involve my family as much as possible so they understand not only the value of money but also my WHY.

As we dealt with our own health challenges, it has become extremely evident that having options and being proactive by taking our health seriously is very important. Having natural, pure, unadulterated remedies in our home has become an everyday staple to support everything from our immune system to our emotional wellbeing.

Partnering with dōTERRA has been one of the greatest decisions I have made for my little family. Not only am I serving my family and many other families by sharing these amazing gifts from the earth but I am also building a legacy to leave my kids. Building a legacy business brings me so much peace at night, something that I didn’t have with my current career.
