Shower Bombs

Ingredients
1 ½ cups baking soda
15–20 drops essential oils

(grapefruit & eucalyptus, peppermint & orange, lime, grapefruit & geranium)
½ cup water

Instructions

1. Combine baking soda and water in a bowl and mix well.

2. Add 15–20 drops of your favourite essential oils and mix again.

3. Using a spoon, tightly pack mixture into small silicone molds and let dry overnight.

4. To use, place a tablet in the back of your shower. (For best results, find a spot away from the direct flow of water).

5. Allow tablets to dissolve gradually and release the aroma of essential oils.

Body Wash

Ingredients

8 ounce glass pump bottle

½ cup unscented castile soap

4 tablespoons vegetable glycerin

3 tablespoons fractionated coconut oil

15 drops of your favorite essential oil

(grapefruit & eucalyptus, peppermint & orange, lime, grapefruit & geranium)

Note: Vegetable glycerin will help the body wash to be thicker, creamier, and lather better.

Instructions

1. Combine ingredients into glass pump bottle.

2. Shake to combine. Note: Make sure to shake before each use, as the ingredients will separate.
